Proposed Waste Reduction, Reuse, and Recycling Fee <br />The Board was to consider approving a proposal to implement for FY 2-4-05 a tiered <br />Waste Reduction, Reuse, and Recycling Fee {3R Fee) to be assessed on all improved Orange <br />County property to finance recycling and waste reduction serviceslprograms. <br />DEFERRED <br />c. Parks Operations Base <br />The Board was to consider options for space to be used as a parks operations base and <br />approve a 12-month lease with JCBH Properties, LLC for approximately 4,000 square feet of <br />interior space and 3,500 square feet of exterior storage area at 503 Cornerstone Court, <br />Hillsborough per the terms and conditions herein cited; and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />DEFERRED <br />d.
