The recommendation to go after <br /> the life science group would be to go to Carolina North. He said that in the report he talked <br /> about developing buildings that would provide some redevelopment opportunities for some of <br /> the life science groups (NC 54 corridor). <br /> The "tech sawy" group would have more relaxed and unconventional work styles. <br /> These are companies such as those at American Underground at the American Tobacco <br /> Campus. <br /> There is an opportunity at Odum Village in the intermediate term, but not for a couple of <br /> years.
