7. Should County convert from fully insured to self- insured ABC shall be responsible for the full <br />costs of its claims and its employees' and retirees' claims. <br />8. The term of this MOU shall be two years from the effective date. <br />9. This MOU may be extended for additional terms of one year upon mutual written agreement of <br />the Parties. <br />10. The County will review the effects of ABC's participation in the County's Employee Benefit Plans <br />on an annual basis and may terminate this MOU upon one year's written notice if such review <br />demonstrates ABC's participation in the County's Employee Benefit Plans adversely impacts the <br />County's overall costs of coverage. <br />11. Either party may otherwise terminate this MOU upon one year's written notice. <br />This MOU is effective the day and date first above recorded. <br />FOR THE COUNTY: <br />Frank W.
