2. The Parties acknowledge that the majority of service and non -sales tax <br />funds will come from existing sources as detailed in Table 1 during the <br />initial years of BRI Plan implementation. <br />3. A full description of each transit provider's fixed bus route summary is <br />required to establish baseline existing services. Associated services and <br />capital (i.e. bus stops, etc.) should be included as well as funding sources. <br />New and expanded routes will either develop a new bus route description <br />and /or note the expansion of existing route and the associated bus hours. <br />4. The Parties acknowledge that in future years of BRI Plan <br />implementation the use of new funds as authorized in Articles 43, 50 and <br />51 of NCGS Chapter 105 will be initialized as formulated in the BRI Plan <br />but may be reapportioned, through an amendment to this Agreement, <br />based on population and as determined by the BOCC and advised by the <br />Advisory Board of the Orange County Transit Plan Partnership. Each provider ret'ams- authority to modify existing routes within these <br />parameters.
