2 <br />These contracts do not guarantee that all the funds will be made available to the providers, but <br />rather assures availability of contracted providers when needed for individuals in Orange <br />County. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the contract <br />renewals using a joint contract with Arcadia Health Services, Inc., Premier Home Health Care <br />Services, Inc., Personalized Patient Home Assistance, Inc., CNC Access, Inc., Flaircare, Inc. <br />and TAMM, L.L.C. for FY 2012 -2013, and authorize the Chair to sign the contracts contingent <br />upon approval of the Orange County FY 2012 -13 budget. <br />
