32 <br /> 1 Any amendment, renewal, or termination of this Agreement must be in the form of a <br /> 2 written instrument approved by the governing Boards of the Parties. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 15. This Agreement shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State <br /> 5 of North Carolina. All actions relating in any way to this Agreement shall be brought <br /> 6 in the General Court of Justice in the County of Durham and the State of North <br /> 7 Carolina. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 16. Except to the extent provided otherwise in this Agreement, it is agreed that the <br /> 10 Orange County Manager shall designate persons to carry out Orange County's <br /> 11 obligations under this Agreement, the Durham County Manager shall designate <br /> 12 persons to carry out Durham County's obligations under this Agreement, and the <br /> 13 General Manager of TTA shall designate persons to carry out TTA's obligations <br /> 14 under this Agreement. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 17. Ownership of Improvement. All equipment acquired under this Interlocal Agreement <br /> 17 shall be the property of TTA or another entity under separate agreement and shall <br /> 18 be subject to disposition as required under applicable law. <br /> 19 <br />
