UNANIMOUS <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Commissioner Jacobs said that the Board had a retreat five years ago to turn Orange <br /> 44 County green and to embrace this. He suggested having one position that is someone involved <br /> 45 in emerging technologies/green industry, and also a position that includes micro-business <br /> 46 owners. He wants someone at the table that is for"the little guy." <br /> 47 Commissioner Yuhasz said that they are getting away from what they had discussed <br /> 48 about this board, which is to support the business recruitment efforts. He said that he does not <br /> 49 see the value of increasing the membership because it dilutes the core group. <br />
