Install vinyl floor covering, metal trim and shoemold. <br />3. Prepare the walls, ceiling and door for paint. Repair all damaged sheetrock tape. Paint the <br />walls, ceiling and door with semigloss, latex paint. Paint to cover completely. <br />LEFT/FRONT BEDROOM: <br />1. Remove the armoire and bureau to the dump. <br />2. Install vinyl replacement windows and trim. <br />3. Remove the existing carpet. Install `/4 inch luan plywood. Prepare the plywood for vinyl. <br />4. Install vinyl floor covering, metal trim and shoemold. <br />5. Paint the ceiling tile with ceiling white, latex paint, the new trim with <br />semigloss latex paint. <br />6. Remove the paneling and trim on the bath wall. Prepare the wall for a <br />plumbing box and drain. <br />7. Reinstall the existing trim and paneling. <br />
