Remove the existing rear door and storm door. Install an eight -inch jamb, metal insulated <br />door unit with weather - stripping and threshold. Install lockset and deadbolt to be keyed <br />the same as the front door. Install a wide view peephole. Install matching casing. <br />2. Install aluminum over wood core storm door with pneumatic closure, and vinyl sweep. <br />Door to have self - storing glass, push button lock and lifetime warranty. <br />3. Remove the existing ceiling. Install 12 inchx12 inch ceiling tile and 2'/4 inch crown <br />mold. <br />4. Install vinyl replacement windows and trim. <br />5. Remove the existing cabinets. Install wall and base cabinets with oak fronts and factory <br />finish. Install rolled, formica counter tops <br />6. Remove approximately 96 square feet of floor and subfloor. Repair with likesize <br />plywood. <br />
