As traffic engineer, conducted traffic <br />impact analysis for the proposed expansion and relocation of a 470 - student, private K -8 school <br />relocation to the north side of Erwin Road near NC 751 in north Durham. <br />• Del Wlebb Active Adult Community, Pulte Homes, Raleigh /Durham, NC. As lead traffic engineer, <br />conducted traffic impact analysis for the active adult community proposed in southern Durham <br />near the Durham /Wake county line. <br />• TlogagerAcademy Schools, Hock Development, Durham, NC. As traffic engineer, conducted traffic <br />impact analysis for a 500- student middle school, a 400 - student high school, a 400 - student <br />elementary school proposed on Ben Franklin Boulevard in north Durham, NC. <br />• Perimeter Park III - Slater Properties, Morrisville, NC. As traffic engineer, conducted traffic impact <br />analysis for the 1.5 million SF office park proposed between NC 54 and Slater Road southwest <br />of the I -40 and NC 540 interchange. Performed traffic operations analyses of more than 40 <br />existing and future intersections and site accesses. <br />• Mangum Street Redevelopment, Durham, NC. As traffic engineer, conducted traffic impact analysis <br />for the proposed mixed -use development consisting of 1.5 million SF office, retail, hotel, a. <br />conference center, and high -rise residential uses in downtown Durham just north of NC 147 <br />(Durham Freeway). Analyzed 15 existing and future intersections, four freeway ramps, and one <br />freeway weaving segment with Synchro /SimTraffic and HCS +. <br />• Davis Park South and West, Durham, NC. As traffic engineer, conducted traffic impact analysis for <br />the proposed 510,000 SF mixed -use Davis Park (previously Triangle Metro Center) <br />office /residential /retail development located along Davis Drive in the Triangle Research Park <br />area. The study included 6 interchange signals, 9 signalized intersections, and 8 proposed site <br />accesses. Conducted two updates to reflect on the later program changes. Also conducted <br />phasing analysis to analyze potential traffic impact and transportation mitigation for specific <br />development phases. <br />• Perimeter Park Retail Site, Morrisville, NC.
