Project <br />planner for transportation element of Strategic <br />Growth Plan that analyzed transportation impacts of four alternative growth scenarios for <br />Hills borough. The four growth scenarios were modeled using the regional travel demand <br />mod --1 to determine impacts on existing and future roadways. Alternative modes, including <br />transit, bicycling, and walking, were also analyzed. <br />• Cape Fear Commutes 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan, Wilmington, NC. Project manager for <br />prep axation of the LRTP for the Wilmington Urban Area MPO. Key tasks included <br />prep ring the Public Transportation and Financial elements of the LRTP, as well as project <br />prioritization, environmental screening and environmental justice analysis, and contributions <br />to aL other required elements. <br />• lY�est rn Union County LocalArea Regional Trans ortation Plan, NC. As Project manager oversaw <br />all aspects of project development and implementation. The project is a good model for <br />small towns and rural areas on the urban fringe that are experiencing tremendous growth <br />pressure. The Plan is a multimodal plan with an emphasis on implementation and regional <br />cooperation. <br />• Comprehensive Plan, Union County, NC. Managed and developed the transportation element of <br />the Union County Comprehensive Plan Update. As project planner, analyzed the <br />transportation impacts of alternative growth scenarios utilizing the Metrolina travel demand <br />model, which helped shape the development of the updated land use plan. <br />• Comprehensive Plan, Iredell County, NC. Managed and developed the transportation element of <br />the Iredell County Comprehensive Plan Update. The transportation element of the Plan <br />focused on meeting the transportation needs of the communities along the major <br />transportation corridors while preserving the rural nature and quality of life of the rest of the <br />Cou 1ty. Alternative growth scenarios were analyzed and multimodal strategies developed for <br />future growth areas. <br />• Comprehensive Plan, City of Tupelo, MS. Managed and developed the transportation element of <br />the City of Tupelo Comprehensive Plan. To assist in planning for future roadway needs, <br />analzed the trip generation and transportation impacts of two alternative growth scenarios. <br />• City of Fredericksburg Comprehensive Plan Update, Fredericksburg VA. Project planner for the <br />transportation element of the City of Fredericksburg Comprehensive Plan Update.
