Since then, David has led the design of the <br />firm's municipal, county and educational markets. He has <br />significant experience in sustainable and high performance <br />system design and integration in a wide variety of building <br />types including the Chapel Hill Town Operations Center, <br />Chatham County Justice Center and Rashkis Elementary <br />School.
