<br />Leigh Anne King is a Senior Associate with Clarion Associates. She is a planner who has experience
<br />working with local governments on planning initiatives including: sustainable community land use plans,
<br />growth management strategies, affordable housing programs, development ordinances and design
<br />guidelines, school siting, and open space planning. She was the lead author of two award winning plans
<br />for Iredell County and Wilson, North Carolina. She has spoken at several national and state -level
<br />conferences on the topics of affordable workforce housing and local food systems.
