De5oto County, Florida I Impact Fees for Libraries, <br />Schools, Parks, Roads, General Government, Fire/Res- <br />cue, and Law Enforcement <br />In collaboration with TischlerBise, Clarion Associates, worked with <br />DeSoto County, Florida to update multiple impact fee programs, in- <br />cluding fees for schools, parks, library, fire/rescue, general govern- <br />ment, roads, and law enforcement. Clarion advised the county on <br />legal issues related to the update and drafted the implementing ordi- <br />nances for the fee programs and an intergovernmental agreement to <br />assist in' 'administration of the school impact fee program.
