Meets with various interfacing agency staff to assure quality services by <br />working on problem areas and making changes as needed to maximize <br />impact of services on community in the area of health (drug addiction), <br />safety, and education. <br />Signs contracts for the agency for services ( and leases for program sites) <br />directly related (and necessary) to the accomplishment of services for the <br />corporation. Maintains contact with related agencies. The Executive <br />Director is available to the auditor for the external audit. <br />The Executive Director is one of three check signersfor the corporation. <br />The remaining two are named annually at meeting of the Board of Directors. <br />Responsible for recruiting, hiring, evaluating, supervising, and terminating <br />all personnel. <br />Trains all employees. <br />Assures timely deposit of all checks payable to the corporation. <br />Submits annual budget for approval by Executive Committee for each year <br />for each program. <br />Approves and oversees all bookkeeping. Meets with finance personnel as <br />needed. <br />Purchases all supplies. <br />
