Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFOI-Technical Advisory <br />Committee Annual Report <br />The Board was to receive a preliminary report on the student membership and <br />capacity of the Orange County Schools (OCS) and the Chapel Hill-Carrbora City Schools <br />(CHCCS) as of November 15, 2003, and on related issues as outlined in the draft Annual <br />Report of the SAPFO Technical Advisory Committee (SAPFOTAC). <br />DEFERRED <br />b. Staff Analysis of Proposed Addendum B to the Interlocal Aareement on <br />CHCCS High School #3 <br />The Board was to discuss a requested staff analysis of a proposed addendum to the <br />interlocal agreement that became effective on August 7, 2003 regarding the planned third <br />Chapel Hill- Carrboro City Schools (CHCCS) high school. <br />DEFERRED <br />11. Closed Session <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to go <br />into closed session at 10:45 p.m. for the purposes af: <br />_`To discuss the County's position and to instruct the County Manager and County Attorney <br />on the negotiating position regarding the terms of a contract to purchase real property," <br />NCGS § 143-318.11(a)(5). <br />"To consult with the County Attorney in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege <br />between the Board and the County Attorney regarding the State vs. Hoyle King ," NCGS <br />143-318.11 {a) {3) . <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Brown to <br />reconvene into regular session at 12:05 a.m. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />12.
