i[:1 <br />White Cross Solar Electric Plant Narratives <br />Section C of Application for a Class A Special Use Permit <br />1. Method and Adequacy of provision of sewage disposal facilities, solid waste disposal, and <br />water service. During construction and contractor will be hired and responsible for disposal of <br />trash, provide suitable "portable personal sanitation" facility, and drinkable water for use on <br />site. After construction, since there are no proposed buildings or employees housed on site, <br />those services are not needed for this facility. <br />2. Method and adequacy of police, fire, and rescue squad protection. <br />a. Police Protection is provided through the Orange County Sherriff s department <br />b. Fire Protection, as needed since there are no buildings, is provided through White Cross Fire <br />District. <br />c. Rescue Squad. The site is service by South Orange Rescue. <br />3. Method and Adequacy of vehicular access to the site and traffic conditions around the site. <br />The site has extensive road frontage along White Cross Road. This road is also known as State <br />Road 1951. After construction, this facility is estimated to add an average of less than one <br />additional vehicle to the traffic on that road per day. White Cross Road has a 45 M.P.H. speed <br />limit adjacent to this site. <br />
