Bowles, Planner 11 with the Planning and Inspections Department of Orange <br />County, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions <br />of Section 2.8.7 of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance I have mailed, or <br />have caused to be mailed, a Notice of Public Hearing to be held regarding the <br />processing of a Zoning Atlas Amendment petition initiated by Mr. Ronald K. Woods to <br />rezone 0.58 acres of land located on the north side of US Highway 70 just east of its <br />intersection with St. Mary's Road in Hillsborough Township. <br />The owners were identified according to the Orange County Tax Records and as <br />required by Section 2.8.7 of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance. <br />The mailed notices specify the date, place, and subject of the Public Hearing and were <br />sent by certified mail. <br />Witness my hand, the 14th day of May, 2012. <br />v <br />Glenn R.
