The approved final site plan and narrative of the <br />project incorporating all changes, deletions and <br />additions through the final approval of the project <br />are incorporated herein and made a part of this <br />Planned Development Special Use Permit. A copy of <br />the approved final site plan and narrative are on <br />file with the Orange County Planning Department. <br />Grading and building permits, upon application, <br />will be issued after approval and recordation of <br />the Special Use Permit. <br />19. The development shall be built and operated <br />according to the site plan and written narrative <br />supplied by the developer and in compliance with or <br />fulfillment of the above conditions and the Orange <br />County development regulations and ordinances. <br />20.
