NC <br />ORtu.vECCOUNTYA 2 "CY f25 ;ACF 301 2 <br />SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />The Board of Commissioners of Orange County approved granting <br />a CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - <br />Housing -Rural Residential on September 2, 1986. The property <br />subject to this SPECIAL USE PERMIT is owned by Heartwood of <br />Blackwood Mountain, Inc. and particularly described in a <br />deed to Heartwood of Blackwood Mountain, Inc. recorded in <br />Deed Book 625 Page 444 of the Orange County Registry. The <br />terms herein contained are binding on the present owners, <br />their successors in title and interest, until such time as <br />the project herein described is no longer zoned PD -H -R1 or <br />the conditions herein are otherwise changed by government <br />action. This Planned Development shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the Site Plan for Heartwood at Blackwood <br />Mountain dated 4/11/86, and last revised 3/8/88, the <br />narrative statement of the project and all other documents <br />pertaining to the project, including all landscaping plans, <br />erosion control plans, utilities plans, and building plans, <br />all of which are incorporated herein and made a part of this <br />Special Use Permit. This Planned Development shall also be <br />maintained and constructed as required in Section 7.14 of the <br />Orange County zoning Ordinance and prescribed in the special <br />conditions listed below. This Planned Development- Housing- <br />Rural Residential (PD -H -R1) project is subject to the <br />following special conditions: <br />1. The grantee of this Special Use Permit shall post <br />with Orange County, in a form acceptable to the <br />CU <br />17 <br />
