It should be remembered that the proposed modification of the Plan does not create an <br />automatic exemption for the various denoted properties from the review and approval <br />processes as prescribed by the UDO with respect to the development of wireless support <br />structures. Based on reports, certain areas show coverage weaknesses and other areas <br />with coverage often have capacity issues. <br />3.
