All relevant development <br />standards contained in the UDO must be met by the applicant in order to receive site <br />plan approval. <br />Property owners are sometimes concerned about the property tax implications of a <br />rezoning. The County's Tax Administrator has indicated to Planning staff that until land <br />sales of similarly situated (and zoned) properties happen or taxable building activities <br />take place, the appraised value of a parcel would not be affected solely because of the <br />rezoning. <br />E.
