Benedict, Planning Director with Orange County, North Carolina, DO HERBY <br />CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.8.7 of the Orange County <br />Unified Development Ordinance I have mailed, or have caused to be mailed, a Notice of <br />Public Hearing to be held regarding the processing of Land Use and Zoning Atlas <br />Amendments petition initiated by Orange County to change 493.5 acres of property <br />near Interstate 85, US 70, Old Hwy 10, and Mt.
