Proposed Durham Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br />February 10, 2012 <br />The map below describes proposed changes to Durham's Future Land Use. Map. Properties displayed here have not been annexed into the City of Durham, <br />however are within Durhams's Urban Growth Boundary. The Urban Growth Boundary shows the limits to which Durham City water and sewer services could be <br />extended. A Future Land Use Map is created for all areas within the Urban Growth Boundary to reflect policy (statements about how development should occur). <br />Durham is not proposing changes to the Zoning Map, which is a regulatory tool (a legal document articulating how the property can develop).These areas will <br />remain under Orange County jurisdiction after changes to Durham's Future Lark!
