He said <br /> that the issue of drive-in facilities was brought before the Board of County Commissioners. He <br /> asked if this ever came back to the County Commissioners. He said that if this is left at the <br /> bottom of page 17, then it impties that the County Commissioners have acted on it. <br /> Shannon Berry said that it does not imply that the County Commissioners acted on it. It <br /> went to the Economic Development Commission and it did not get brought forward. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said that the only place it is banned is in the Hillsborough EDD, <br /> and Hillsborough ignores it. <br />
