Task <br />1. Stakeholder research to determine creative platform <br />2. Development of creative platfb 1 m <br />3. Work with hotels on sending research materials to hotel guests to better <br />understand motivation for visit, geographic origination and tourism activity <br />while in destination. Costs for research study will be provided separately. <br />4. Development of media plan based on research <br />5. Media plan research into publication, on -line venues, broadcast, outdoor and <br />new media <br />6. Work on campaign logo and brand positioning behind logo, including when <br />to use logo, in which format and which application, colors, taglines, <br />execution <br />7. Development of campaign, from photos to copy, illustrations, graphics and <br />final treatment. Visitor Bureau may provide internal photography to reduce <br />any outside agency costs. <br />8. Brand specification book on which ads run at which durations and with what <br />creative execution <br />9. Provide graphic "skins" i.e., treatments for outside of web, visitor guides, <br />business cards, and all creative executed by the visitors bureau and reliant on <br />same treatment. <br />10. Strategy for local roll -out of new media plan, including on- line social media <br />and related tourism collateral. <br />11. Concepts for Special giveaways, sweepstakes and promotions for summer, <br />business travel and media that is best executed with special promotional roll- <br />out. <br />4. Duration of Services <br />a. Term. The term of this Agreement shall be from January 1, 2012 to June 30,2013. <br />b. Scheduling of Services <br />i) The Provider shall schedule and perform his activities in a timely manner so as to <br />ensure the timely completion of the project. <br />ii) Should the County determine that the Provider is behind schedule, it may require <br />the Provider to expedite and accelerate his efforts, including providing additional <br />resources and working overtime, as necessary, to perform his services in <br />accordance with the approved project schedule at no additional cost to the <br />County. <br />iii) The Commencement Date for the Provider's Basic Services shall be January 1, <br />2012. <br />5. Compensation <br />a. Compensation for Basic Services. Compensation for Basic Services shall include all <br />compensation due the Provider from the County for all services under this Agreement <br />except reimbursable expenses as specified in section 5(c), below. The maximum amount <br />payable for Basic Services is Three Hundred thousand Dollars ($300,000.00).
