Exhibit A BEING all that tract of land containing 16.62 acres, more or less, located in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina; and bounded, now or formerly, by.natural boundaries and/or owned be and/or in possession of persons as follows: On the north and east the Chapel Hill City Board of Education, Inc., on the south by University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and on the west by K.R. Proctor and H.H.
