<br />(Durham Fteeway). Aualyzed 15 e~sting and future intersections, four freeway ramps, and one
<br />freeway weaving segment with Spnchro/SimTraffic and HCS+.

<br />the proposed 510,000 SF mixed-use Davis Park (previously Triangle Metro Center)
<br />office/xesidenrial/retail development located along Davis Drive in the Triangle Reseazch Paxk
<br />area. The study induded 6 interchange signals, 9 signalized intetsections, and 8 proposed site
<br />accesses. Conducted twa updates to reflect on the,later program changes. ALso conducted
<br />phasing analysis to analqze potential traffic impact and ttansportation mitigation for specific
<br />development phases.
