<br />In 2004, the Clarion Team led by McBride Dale Clorion was retained to com=
<br />plete an update to Henrico County's Comprehensive Plan. The efFort will in-
<br />.. volve detailed analysis of fufvre land use scenarios thafi wilf assess the best
<br />_planning options for the county based on fiscol, transportation, and innova-
<br />"tive land use issues. The team assembled for this effort includes specialists
<br />: from C- larion Associates, Tischler, Associates, and Kimley-Hom and Associ-
<br />' ates: :The Comprehensive P(an will include interrelated recommendations for
