" r e <br />Completed: 2 months after Project Initiation <br />TASK 3: COMMUNITY OUTREACH <br />In Task 3, identified stakeholders will be interviewed to gain perspectives on the <br />site and facilities pmposed for consideration, to clarify opporlunities and <br />expectations, and to understand constraints. The approaches and techniques to <br />this eatly community outreach and stakeholder involvement will be detetmined <br />during Task 1. Interviews will include both intemal stakeholders (County <br />Departments providing services) and extemal stakeholders (users of County <br />services and neighbors of the site). <br />A Public Infoimation Meeting will be scheduled and conducted, with <br />appropriate notifications and publicity.
