13 <br />Scope of Work, Schedule, and Budget <br />Southern Orange Campus Master Plan - Clarion Team <br />Aprii 25, 2012 <br />Phase 2 <br />• Submit an appIicarion for a Modification of Special Use Permit for the site to the Town of Chapel <br />Hill. Meet with Town staff in preliminary sessions, and arrange for presentations. <br />• Ta1ce the Modification application through the Chapel Hill review and approval process, <br />including presentation to appropriate boards, commissions, and rhe Town Council, and making <br />any revisions to the Master Plan that are mandated as a result of that process. <br />• Timing for regulatory approval by ~e Town of Chapel Hill to be determined by Town schedules: <br />Project Schedule: The timeline anticipates 5 months from Project Initiation to subniittai of application to the <br />Town of Chapel Hill. The timeline for a review and approval schedule following submittal subject to Town <br />procedures is to be determined pending discussions with Town officials.
