The Plan will include planning-level options for road <br />improvements, along with intersection, transit, bicycie, and pedestrian improvements in the azea that <br />may be necessary to support the new facilities. Mobility considerations will include access to future <br />Carolina North facilities, pedestrian and bicycle access connecting to all surrounding areas, and <br />accommodataon of h~ansit service.
