Master Tax- Exempt Lease /Purchase Agreement dated September 6, 2006 <br />2. Property Schedule No. 02 <br />3. Exhibit 1: Property Description and Payment Schedule <br />4. Exhibit A: Property Description <br />Following your approval, we will request approval by the county commissioners and proceed <br />with the financial and purchasing process. <br />RESOLUTION: Be it, therefore, resolved that the Board of Education <br />approves the purchase of network equipment pursuant to <br />Property Schedule No. 02 to the existing Master Tax - Exempt <br />Lease /Purchase Agreement between Key Government <br />Finance, Inc. and the Board dated September 6, 2006, and that <br />the Board authorize the Board Chair and Superintendent to <br />execute the Property Schedule and any other documents <br />required for the purchase. <br />2 <br />
