4 <br />BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by The Board of Education for The Chapel Hill <br />— Carrboro City Schools, as follows: <br />I. Approves the purchase of network equipment pursuant to Property <br />Schedule No. 02 to the existing Master Tax - Exempt Lease/Purchase <br />Agreement between Key Government Finance, Inc. and the Board dated <br />September 6, 2006. <br />2. Authorizes the Board Chair and the Superintendent to execute the Property <br />Schedule and any other documents required for purchase. <br />I certify as follows: that the foregoing resolution was properly adopted at a <br />meeting of The Board of Education for The Chapel Hill — Carrboro City Schools; that <br />this meeting was properly called and held on February 14, 2012; that a quorum was <br />present and acting throughout the meeting; and that this resolution has not been modified <br />or amended, and remains in full effect as of today. <br />Dated this 30th day of April, 2012. <br />[SEAL] ` 14ed <br />Secretary, The Board of Education for The <br />Chapel Hill — Carrboro City Schools <br />
