Addendum to Master Tax - Exempt Lease /Purchase Agreement <br />North Carolina Counties, Municipalities and School Districts <br />THIS ADDENDUM, which is entered into as of 9/612006 between Key Government Finance, Inc ( "Lessor") and <br />Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Board of Education ( "Lessee"), is intended to modify and supplement the Master Tax - Exempt <br />Lease /Purchase Agreement between Lessor and Lessee of even date herewith (the "Master Agreement ") Capitalized <br />terms not otherwise defined herein shaft have the meanings set forth in the MasterAgreement <br />(a) If the Lessee is a county or municipality, each Property Schedule shall contain the following <br />pre -audit certifications by Lessee <br />"This ins ment has n preaudited in the manner required by the Local Govemment <br />Budget rid Iscaf C n <br />(Signature of finance officer) " <br />(b) if the Lessee is a school \tnct ch Property Schedule shall contain the following pre -audit <br />certifications by Lessee <br />"This instrument has been d in the manner required by the School Budget and Fiscal <br />Control Act <br />---��f L 06 (Date) (Signature of finance officer)" <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Lessor and Lessee have caused this Addendum to be executed in their <br />rarres by their duly authorized representatives as of the date first above Wrtten <br />Lessor: Key Govemment Finance, Inc. <br />By <br />Name; JOHN L.
