Gordon Battle <br />Courtroom in Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Commissioners Moses Carey, Vice Chair Alice M. <br />Gordan, Stephen H. Halkiotis and Barry Jacobs <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Chair Margaret W. Brown, <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY PRESENT: S. Sean Borhanian <br />COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Jahn M. Link, Jr., and Clerk to the Board <br />Donna S. Opening Remarks from the Chair -Vice-Chair Alice Gordon called the meeting to <br />order. in the absence of Chair Brown. <br />charge. <br />B. Public Charge -Commissioner Alice Gordon dispensed with the reading of the public <br />Commissioner Gordon said that she will open the meeting, call for the motions of the BOCC, <br />and close the meeting. Vice-Chair of the Planning Board Hunter Schofield will chair the public <br />hearing items. <br />C. Public Hearing- Planning Baard Vice-Chair Hunter Schafield <br />1. Orange County Zoning Atlas Amendment - PD-1-03 State Employees Credit Union <br />a. <br />LNR) district with a Class A Special Use Permit. <br />Hunter Schofield reviewed the procedure for this part of the agenda item: <br />Procedures for Re-Zoning and Special Use Permit- <br />- The Re-zoning will be legislative <br />- The Special Use Permit is quasi-judicial and these are the procedures: <br />1.
