These numbers range from $1.80 to $25 per dollar invested, with more <br />reports falling in the 1:5 or 1:3 range. Part of the wide variety in numbers depends on how <br />many benefits were attempted to be calculated (social as well as economic) and the variety of <br />recreation resources included in the study.
