Leqal Advertisement for Joint Planninq Area (JPA) Public Hearinq - March 29 <br />2012 <br />The Board considered approving the legal advertisement for items to be presented at <br />the Joint Planning Area (JPA) Public Hearing scheduled for March 29, 2012. <br />Commissioner Jacobs said that he had requested that part of the JPA public hearing <br />that they have a brief presentation about the genesis of the Joint Planning Agreement and the <br />definition of the rural buffer and how it is affected by the Water and Sewer Boundary <br />Agreement. <br />Chair Pelissier said that this was discussed at agenda review. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Hemminger <br />to approve the Legal Advertisement for Joint Planning Area Public Hearing on March 29, 2012. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />7. Public Hearincts <br />a. Conditional Use Rezoninp and Class A Special Use Permit - Carolina Friends <br />School <br />The Board received the Planning Board recommendation, considered closing the public <br />hearing, and making a decision on the Conditional Use (CU) and Class A Special Use Permit <br />(SUP) application(s) proposing the expansion of the Carolina Friends School. <br />The motions for this item were on the pink sheet. <br />Michael Harvey: Good evening.
