ERIE INSURANCE <br />GENERAL USE <br />GU-128 (Ed. 12/11) UF-B002 <br />CANCELLATION NOTICE TO ADDITIONAL INSURED <br />If we cancel this policy before the expiration date, other than at the request of the Named Insured or for nonpayment of premium, <br />notice wiIl be mailed to the persons or organizations who are designated as Additional Insureds in the Declarations, but only if that <br />person or organization designated as an Additional Insured is also identified as subject to this endorsement in the Declarations. <br />Number of days advance notice: At least 30 days <br />If the insured requests cancellation or if cancellation is due to nonpayment of premium, we have no obligation to provide advance <br />notice prior to cancellation. However, we will mail notice to the persons or organizations designated in the Declarations as <br />Additional Insweds who are also idenrified as subject to this endorsement in the Declarations within 30 days after the insured's <br />request to cancel or within 45 days after the effective date of canccllation for non-payment of premium.
