Tr~iner Henry Meguid Responsibilities <br />• Facilitate 12 culturat awareness building training sessions of five hours each at $675.00 <br />p~r session, with a minimum of i& employ~es attending each session. <br />• Provide handau~s and training curriculum orlginals for par~icipants. <br />B. Orange County Responsibilities <br />• Provid~ stafF assistance with equipment. ~ <br />• Provide necessary materials, copies and supplies for partioipants. <br />~ Provide appropriate traini~g faciliiy. <br />• Pay afl approved irnroices within 30 days ofi rec:eipt of the invoice not to exceed a total <br />~mount cf $8,100 under this agr~ernent. <br />C, Termination <br />~ Either parly may terminate this agt~ement at any time with tvwo weeks advance written <br />notice. . <br />.
