GORDON 200 SOUTH CAMERON STREET <br />BARRY.IACOBBS <br />EARL YUHA SZ <br />STEVE YUHA HILLSBOROUGH, NORTH CAROLINA 27278 <br />April 24, 2012 <br />Dear Commissioners, <br />+P-rn <br />�t <br />\5 ear <br />At the Board's April 3, 2012 regular meeting, Commissioner Hemminger brought forth a <br />petition and it was reviewed by the ChairNice Chair /Manager at agenda review: <br />1) Review and consider a proposal to have motions by Board members be written on <br />the public display screen as the motions as made. <br />After review of this petition, the ChairNice Chair /Manager have directed staff to do the <br />following: <br />1) We will have trial run(s) of staff editing the motions, as needed, for the Public <br />Hearing Agenda Items and Regular Agenda Items on the regular meetings only, on <br />the public screen (before this process is fully implemented this fall).
