This item was heard at the February 27, 2012 quarte~ly public <br />hearing. <br />Presenter: Michael Hanrey, Current Planning Supervisor ~ <br />Michael Harvey: Reviewed absfracf. <br />Brian Crawford: If I recall we didn't have many comments. <br />Michael Harvey: The comments were the double negatives and we did listen to the tape to make sure we got them and to <br />address some of Pete Hallenbeck's concems that we properly referenced antennas not erected on water towers but those <br />that are erected on roofs and how that would be handled. <br />Larry Wright: Once they conduct a balloon test and erect a tower in a wooded area, is the wooded buffer <br />thereafter protected from logging, etc? <br />Michael Harvey: There are buffer requirements and landscape requirements that it cannot be disturbed in any way. <br />MoT~oN made by Larry Wright to accept stafFs proposal.
