The CPD Performance Measurement System is HtJD's response to the standards set by the 13 <br />Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993. This act holds all Federal <br />agencies accountable for esta.blishi.ng goals and objectives and measuri.ng achievements. <br />(a) The recipient must ensure that all activities in the funded project(s) meet the <br />appropriate objectives, outcomes, and indicators established by HiJD and selected by <br />DOC.
