Zoning Atlas Amendment to apply the Special Flood Hazard Overlay District to portions <br />of 10 parcels affected by the Orange - Alamance County line adjustment. (See maps in <br />Attachment 2). <br />3. Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendment to revise various Dimensional <br />and Ratio Standards in commercial and industrial zoning districts if the district is applied <br />to property located in Commercial Transition Activity Nodes or Commercial-Industrial <br />Transition Activity Nodes, as depicted on the Future Land Use Map contained in the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />The legal advertisement in Attachment 1 provides additional information regarding these items. <br />The BOCC approved the Amendment Outline Forms for County-initiated item #1 at its <br />November 1, 2011 meeting. The Amendment Outline Form for County-initiated items #2 and <br />#3 were approved at the March 13, 2012 BOCC meeting. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Other than advertising costs, which are included in the FY 2011-12 <br />Budget, there are no direct financial impacts associated with the approval of this item. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the proposed May <br />29, 2012 Quarterly Public Hearing legal advertisement. <br />
