4 <br />~ E 5- ao ~ a- 04~-- <br />RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF <br />FY 2012 - 2013 Annual Action Plan for the <br />FY 2010-2015 CONSOLIDATED HOUSING PLAN FOR ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH <br />CAROLINA <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Orange County Board of Commissioners, that the <br />Commissioners authorizes the County Manager to submit the Orange County Consolidated Plan for <br />Housing and Community Development Programs Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of <br />Housing and Urban Development, including a11 understandings, assurances, and certifications <br />required therein. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Manager is hereby designated as the authorized <br />representative of the County to act in connection with the submission of the Annual Action Plan and <br />to provide such additional information as may be required by the U.S. Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development. <br />This the 1 St day of May 2012. <br />
