Land Use Goal 1: Fiscally and environmentally responsible, sustainable growth, <br /> 2 consistent with the provision of adequate services and facilities and a high quality of <br /> 3 life. <br /> 4 3. Land Use Goal 2: Land uses that are appropriate to on-site environmental <br /> 5 conditions and features, and that protect natural resources, cultural resources, and <br /> 6 community character. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 And <br /> 9 <br /> 10 WHEREAS, the Board has found the proposed zoning atlas amendment to be reasonably <br /> 11 necessary to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 BE IT ORDAINED by the Commissioners of Orange County that the Orange County Zoning <br /> 14 Atlas is hereby amended to rezone the aforementioned parcels Rural Buffer Conditional Use <br /> 15 (RB-CU) consistent with the applicant's request. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED THAT this ordinance be placed in the book of published <br /> 18 ordinances and that this ordinance is effective upon its adoption. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 SUP <br /> 21 <br /> 22 PINK—add here <br /> 23 1. A motion was made by Commissioner Hemminger, seconded by Commissioner McKee <br /> 24 to affirm the findings of the Planning Board related to the project's compliance with <br /> 25 Section 2.9.1 Conditional Use Districts of the UDO as denoted on page(s) 44 through <br /> 26 48 of Attachment 10 of the abstract. <br /> 27 VOTE. UNANIMOUS <br /> 28 2. A motion was made by Commissioner Hemminger, seconded by Commissioner Yuhasz <br /> 29 to affirm the findings of the Planning Board related to the project's compliance with <br /> 30 Section 3.8.4 Conditional Districts — Where Permitted of the UDO as denoted on page ' <br /> 31 49 of Attachment 10 of the abstract. <br /> 32 VOTE. UNANIMOUS <br /> 33 3. A motion was made by Commissioner Hemminger, seconded by Commissioner <br /> 34 Foushee to affirm the findings of the Planning Board related to the project's compliance <br /> 35 with the specific standards for the submission of a Special Use Permit application as <br /> 36 outlined within Section(s) 2.2 and 2.7 of the LIDO as denoted on page(s) 50 through 52 <br /> 37 of Attachment 10 of the abstract. <br /> 38 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 39 <br /> 40 4. A motion was made by Commissioner Hemminger, seconded by Commissioner Yuhasz <br /> 41 to affirm the findings of the Planning Board related to the project's compliance with the <br /> 42 specific standards governing the development of Schools: Elementary, Middle, and <br /> 43 Secondary as detailed within Section 5.8.4 of the UDO, as denoted on page(s) 53 <br /> 44 through 67 of Attachment 10 of the abstract. <br /> 45 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 46 <br /> 47 5.
