In the <br /> fall 2011 grant cycle, the Orange County Arts Commission received 19 grant requests. This is a local foods initiative <br /> that is founded by the Center for Environmental Farming Systems and funded through Golden <br /> Leaf Foundation. It was launched in July 2010.
