The use of any portion of a tower for signs <br />or advertising purposes including company name, banners, <br />streamers, etc. shall be strictly prohibited. <br />Section 9. That this ordinance be filed in the book of published ordinances. <br />Section 10. That this ordinance is effective upon adoption. <br />
