Amend Permitted Use Table by adding new uses <br /> identified as "H-15 Major Subdivision Class A Special Use" and "S59 Major <br /> Subdivision Class A Special Use" with a requirement for a Class A S <br />ecial Use <br /> p <br />permit in each zoning district including Residential Secondary Development Area <br /> in th~ EDD Design Manual. <br />Section 12. ZONIl~TG ORDINANCE: Amend Section 6.18 as indicated on Exhibit A. <br />Section 13. ZONING ORDINANCE.
