Page 3 of 4 <br />HSUS/APS/Shelter Consultation Contract <br />December 2002 <br />11. This Agreement shall run from the date of contract until the time the written report is issued <br />by the ASC to the APS and the County and the in-person presentation is made to the latter <br />parties. The presentation is anticipated to occur no later than September, 2003. <br />12. The County will pay the HSUS the total amount of the Contract Price after the receipt of the <br />draft report by HSUS upon presentation of an invoice from HSUS. <br />13. As provided for in paragraph 3 above, the County will reimburse on a receipt basis for <br />expenses of one HSUS staff member to present the results of the report to a joint meeting of <br />the Board of County Commissioners, the Board of Health and the APS Board of Directors. <br />Eligible expenses include coach air fare, hotel accommodations, rental car, and meals. <br />14. The HSUS hereby agrees that it will comply with such non-discrimination laws as may be applicable <br />to it in the perFormance of this Agreement. <br />15.
